A: Yes, our security packing tape performs well on a wide variety of substrates including cardboard. Testing on your substrate is always recommended.

A: In case, there is a defective product, pls show us the defective video and quantity, we will 1:1 replacement.
Q:Do you provide free design services?
A: Yes, We provide quick and free artwork design service, no need to pay an additional fee.
Q:How long does it take to make customized plate?
A: Usually take about 4-5days.
Q:What kind of artwork files do you accept?
A: We preferred files was created in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, PDF etc.

Q: I need to have our company logo printed and our own hidden message, what is the minimum size order? What other customization can you make for security packing tapes?
A: MOQ 100 rolls for custom printed orders. In addition to custom surface imprinting and security message, size, color, film thickness, serial numbers, perforated receipts etc can be personalized.
